Is this normal?!?
So I was laying here with my boyfriend.. I have a history of anxiety. I haven't really been taking my Prozac regularly.. But I was laying around watching a movie and randomly I break out in a sweat my stomach starts to hurt and I get super shaky.. My anxiety lately has been on and off.. But I felt so bad to where I felt I couldn't breathe and my stomach was so tight. It took forever for the shaking to fully stop and I got really thirsty. Is this just a panic attack?? Am I okay??

This is a panic attack. I have really bad anxiety problems and thatsnormally what happends to me, im on prozac and i highly sudgest that you see your doctor or start taking your normal meds again. A good way to remeber is set an alarm on your phone or too put a note in your kitchen or wherever you normally take meds
