Antivirus deleted my files.?

I had viruses on svchost.exe and viruses in Avast.

I followed this guide with the threat:

http://malwaretips.com/blogs/svchost-exe-virus-rem...

I used all of the 8 anti-malware in the guide.

When I was using Emsisoft Emergency Kit (Step 6), my browser can't load any websites. I continued till i completed all steps.

The laptop restarted, firewall did not work, my computer cannot detect any routers, my browser is uninstalled. I didn't have time to see what else isn't working.

My computer simply cannot connect to the internet after this.

*I'm using my cousin's laptop for this question. The browser I use is Torch (http://www.torchbrowser.com/)

Update:
