Do any airplanes have bathrooms that would accommodate a wheelchair/walker? If not, how does a handicapped person fly from the east coast to the west coast and return with no handicapped accommodations?

This depends on YOU and your SPECIFIC mobility issue.
There is not room to wheel around inside the plane. There is room for a walker.
You make a point of using the washroom just before you board.
You have information added to your reservation about your particular requirements. For example arrival crew to take you directly to washroom.
You use the HUMAN to make your reservation. You discuss the details of your specific needs for the specific flight you are on.
The airlines does what it can. You do what is necessary even if that includes wearing a diaper/depends or whatever.
Sorry the Blanket term handicapped does not cover every possible situation that could occur.
Your electric wheelchair does not go to your seat.
The narrow chair used to take you in the plane sits outside the door of the plane washroom. You would be expected to able to get your self from chair to toilet. The chair would remain outside while you attend to business.
If you must YOUR helper goes in with you. Airline staff are not your personal care attendant.
There is not one GENERIC answer for all possible HANDICAP situations..

(1) All major airlines in the USA can accommodate the handicapped. They are required to provide "reasonable accommodation" by law. However, none have wheelchair accessible restrooms and if you require special assistance with the use of one you must bring someone with you to provide such help. Although they will try to accommodate someone within reason, the airlines are not obligated to that extent.
(2) In any event, when traveling it would be wise to check with the airline under consideration before purchasing a ticket. It would be unwise to rely on possibly erroneous 2nd-hand information.
(3) Speaking of handicapped you need to work on your verb tense agreement. It's either "What airlines are...?", or "What airline is...?" You also need to work on you spelling. It's "equipped" with two p's.

You can limit what you eat in the preceding 36 hours and use a restroom before you board. After boarding do not drink anything until you arrive at your destination. In other words just hold it.
I have made eight hour flights in a light plane that way, where there was no chance of using a restroom .
