Can I make a rectangle rainbow cake?
I wanna make a rainbow swirl cake, most of the tutorials I've found are for a round, layered cake and I'd rather make it in a rectangular pan. Also for the coloring, would liquid color be okay opposed to gel coloring?

it takes less jel coloring so the cake doesn't get that bitter bite back! but you can use whatever.
yes, you can make it in a retangular pan. just swipe the color through in rainbow shape!
