I am moving into a new apt. The owner does not keep up the dumpster its awful what do I do?
it has old moldy furniture, broken glass, garbage outside the dumpster..its awful..I don't want to cause waves but its really bad

That should be up to the maintenance people, I've lived in a few apartments and it's been that way in every single one of them.
If anything have a work order filled out.

depends entirely where u live as to what IF anything u can do.
learn your local renter/landlord laws.
contact your local board of health, housing code agency for info
