Why am I unable to post comments on Yahoo while using Explorer?
I am signed in and can post using Chrome. Must be a setting that I am missing.

It may not be. It may be a security certificate issue. If you check the bottom of the page when you first go to the item, see if the "Security Risk" message box shows up. If it does, immediately click "Show all content". Then you should be able to post. Happens to me a lot here on YA, to the point that for several weeks, I switched to Firefox to be able to post at all.
