I-512L, authorization for parole of an alien into the United States.?

I applied for I-512L, authorization for parole of an alien into the United States.

The paper says: presentation of the original of this document prior to July 08,2014 allows a customs and border protection (CBP) inspector at a port-of-entry to parole the named bearer ....etc..

But I have a doubt, I received this letter today July 23,2014 and I think it's already expired . Am I correct ?! Or is it still good to go out the USA?! thank you in advance

    It's already expired, correct. It should read July 08, 2015.
