Where can I present Biblical evidence for God in one place so I will not have to write it out for every Tom, Dick & Harry atheist?

The answer is in your question...
The Bible..
Every christian knows that silly..
My suggestion is to get some verses and chapters from the bible itself from a translation that makes sense for those who can't think as deeply or whatever you see fit... and just show them to them..
Im not a christian and I can say additionally that I'd only read the verses if I was actually willing to consider the existence of Christ/God/Holy spirit..
Bottom line is if you take those verses you've rounded up, you can copy paste..
But for a real life situation well.. You'll just have to write it out.. I mean I don't recall any preachers even in biblical times saying "oh dam do I have to write it down everytime?!".. Spread the word of God because you want to, 'God' will call you to do it an make it your passion, they always say you make an impact on people to believe Christ is real.. Maybe just your job to figure out exactly what that is you are called to do, so you can change lifes to look in the light of christ the way you are ment to be... IF writing it out everytime is such a pain ^_^
On a further note there is very little actual EVIDENCE of Gods existence, just as much evidence as any other religion has of it being truth..

Child just present one single tiny little piece of verifiable evidence and you will not need to write it down anywhere since you will become world famous, mega rich and probably convert the world!
Chrsitianity is a faith and your claim shows a total lack of faith!

You should at least bother to memorize the book and verse, so that we can look at your evidence and compare it to other books/verses.
Surely your god is worth that much effort. Isn't he?

Why do you feel the need to present evidence? If you believe surely that's enough? I'm one of your Tom, Dick and Harry atheists and I don't expect you to prove anything, anymore than I'd explain myself to you.

The term "Biblical Evidence" is oxymoronic -- emphasis on "moronic."
