Why does Yahoo Answers take me back to the BEGINNING answers after I've gone to an earlier answer?

Update:

Thanks, Wendigo! Your technique of right-clicking each answer to read to open in a new tab is saving me a load of time and annoyance! I'll come back and give you the BA if no one else knows anything that might be built-in by Yahoo for doing this (you'd think Yahoo would *want* people to read and perhaps answer as many questions as possible, and *not* be annoyed, but guess they don't reality-check their changes enough to even realize).

Btw, that ALSO works for Google searches to avoid having

Update 2:

. . . having to be taken back every time to the beginning of the list of results. Yay!

How I do it so as not to lose where I'm at, if I'm looking to answer questions, or chasing down spammers, is right click on the question and open it in a new tab or window. Then when I'm done, I can close the tab/window, and continue to browse down through the questions. I hope I've understood the question you asked properly.

In a list of, say, 100 questions covering 5 hrs' worth of questions, if I click on an answer that's 4 hrs old (for example) to read it and perhaps respond, and then try to GO BACK to the area of questions where 4-hour-old questions were, I just get taken back to the very latest answers.

That means I always have to scroll down-and-down-and-down to reach the place I had browsed to before, every single time I click on an answer that's not at the top of the list (latest).

This is confusing to explain, but I'm sure it must be happening to everyone or else I'm doing something differently than everyone else. (I do use my browser's Back arrow since I see no way to "go back" from inside YahooAnswers --and I'm using Chrome on a Mac if that matters.)

Anyone have any tips for me to avoid this constant frustration??

I do the Wendigo myself. I also drop the page into the tray (what it is) if a page is slow in loading. I do something else.

Because they put no thought that we may want to continue where we left off looking at our answers.
