Has anyone here done 3D printing of sculpture and what is a good 3D computer program most like sculpting?
Reading a book on 3D printing with various materials including the PVC that polymer clay ends up being. 3D printing could be done from 3D scan of hand made clay object, but what is a good program most like clay working? The ones I have tried are a lot like machining (drilling, cutting, pulling/pushing surfaces) or require triangles and nodes.

Zbrush or Mudbox. Zbrush is seriously cool, last time I used Mudbox it was much less so, but that was a long time ago. Exporting to a CAM program from those I can't say anything about.
