You can almost rule out graphics driver problem as nvidia drivers are quite stable. Make sure you are getting the newest drivers from Nvidias website vs. using the ones on the disc incase there was an update to fix a specific issue you are experiencing. Do you happen to know the BSOD error code you are getting? It will be something like STOP: 0x000000D1 or STOP: 0xc0000D1. This code is important when diagnosing an issue like this. If possible you may try the card on another machine, or if its convenient to exchange the card that may be a good route also. If the issue happens on another computer that kinda points at the card. If you exchange the card and it happens again on the same computer then it may be a driver or other software/hardware related issue.

Have had a similar problem, a BIOS update fixed it, if you haven't tried this yet you should definitely give it a shot.
