What do like on your pizza?

I like shrimp & pineapple. mm..yum. and as well mushrooms. Fresh mushroom,not that canned kind.~*

I make mine home made with a risen yeast dough and my own freshly made spicy sauce. Since I like lots of toppings on my pizza, I tend to make them deep dish and heavy so they are a bit nicely over-loaded. I partially bake the crust first so it will be nice and brown on the bottom when done. I use lots of pepperoni, spicy sausage, sweet red and green peppers, some peperoncinis for a little more zing, mushrooms, black olives, onions, garlic, diced fresh tomatoes, fresh purple basil, crushed anise seed or fennel, and lots of mozzarella cheese, sometimes a little goat cheese too depending on how I feel. I like the cheese on top lightly browned for that extra buttery and nutty taste. The pan is large so the slices are HUGE and there is enough for up to four people to eat well.
