It is NEVER good to get dismissed from a company and it can impact your ability to get another job (if you give notice as required by the company- usually two weeks advance- then no issues)

Best wishes finding a job that is better suited for you

Never leave telling them what to do with their job - you never know, you might want or need to go back some time if you're out of work.

I would suggest you should have your next job lined up before leaving - jobs are hard to come by and you could be out of work for some time - however dire your present job you are at least getting paid.

Is it good to get dismissed ? No mate, it is a disaster. All employers look for an applicant to have good references, being dismissed is a bad one ! If you ever look like getting dismissed, resign first.
