PLEASE HELP!! I'm not sure if she's interested?
I started texting her over this summer and then about a week ago I called her and asked her out and she said she was on vacation but asked when the carnival ended and she wouldn't be home by then. And then at like 130am she texted me and we talked for a while.
Now I was gonna call her this week and ask her again to do something....
ALSO: Her dad is my baseball coach but he seems alright with me.

You may as well go for it. There isn't any sign that she likes you or not. Just try to hang out at least once and see where it goes.

Try to hang out with her more. You need more info to find out if she liked you or not. So hang out with her somewhere sometime, and look for signs. Hope I helped! (:
