America is in decline?

Question

The American people grocery shop in frozen food aisles with telephones small enough to rest in their front  pockets.  Their pets eat better than most human beings. They have by far the strongest economy on the Earth.  They haven't had a credible challenger to their geopolitical strength in over  twenty-five  years.  Their culture is emulated and copied throughout the world.    The only people that truly  believe America is in decline are Americans that can't afford a new Porsche.

America is in decline .  She produces less and less every year.  She has more and more people in prison every year for victimless crimes.  Soon America will be officially bankrupt.  The value of the American dollar will be zero.
