    Actually, it is my boyfreind who is trying to remember it, but all he can remember is that a young child, probobly a boy, robobly in a winter coat, was attacked by a pack of dogs. It was some king of weird indi movie, maybe even a tv show, it could have been made at any time before 1996. Thanks, I know its a long shot!
