They don't need to re-introduce them, we have treason laws in Australia.

Treason is defined in Section 80.1 of the Criminal Code, contained in the schedule of the Australian Criminal Code Act 1995.

If you look at your Federal Laws, not so long ago, have legislated in your Citizenship Laws the Treason and Terrorism act, which also England and Canada followed your lead.

Arri but if these individuals incite terrorism against Australia and Australians which has been done recently via Utube and threats, it is a different matter. From what i am told John Howard repealed this law?

Yes they should at least reinforce the existing laws. If things are so bad here that they have to be terrorists than they deserve to know what will happen to them.

It should be like it was in the old days, when the king solved such matters with a simple, "Off with their heads" instruction.

I would prefer to introduce them for stringing half our politicians from the last ahmm, 50 years from the nearest lampposts.
