Honestly, no. I think it'd be too much of a strain on me mentally. There may be other guys who are alright with it though. My policy is: She could have an amazing personality, but I'm pretty sure that there is another non-handicapped girl with an amazing personality too. I'd pick the latter.
Again, this is just me, and I'm being brutally honest about my choice. I'm sure there are many other guys who're capable of overlooking handicaps.

I'm a girl but if it was a guy depends. On a first date if the guy was handicapped honestly I would not want to have to deal with that, it would be mentally and physically exhausting. However if it was my bf that I've been in a very long relationship with that had some sort of accident, then I will stay if I love him.
Could you please try to answer mine? Thank you

It all depends on your motivation and whether you personally can handle it. She might be a very lively entertaining and wonderful person and you will come to love her as she is. However, if you don't think you can handle being in this situation long-term, it might be better to avoid it entirely, rather than date her awhile and then dump her. Rejection is hard to take, even when you are used to it and have almost grown to expect it.

It's not about the physical appearance, it's about what you feel.

Most guys would not. But if you can stand it, there will be lots of benefits to make it worth while.
