If you were in personal or a boss were you?

hiring someone after you did the interview

using only Skype ? or you would only hire after doing a in person interview ?

    The college I work for has hired people with out a in-person interview. I don't know if it was skype or a telephone interview. One person we hired liven in Europe at the time of teh interview.
