Is it still possible to add a picture to your avatar?

Yes. there has been a glitch but this is how you do it. Yahoo no longer provides avatars however you can create one from many other free sites like the ones below.If you are on wireless you must wait until you are on a computer.

Choose either a cartoon or a photo avatar you had saved to your pc.

Create a personal avatar below not a moving or large one, right click and save it to your computer pc.

Check the first one to make a cartoon of your own photo.
