Chemistry Question! PLEASE help. This question is killing me.?

Update:

A beaker with 105mL of an acetic acid buffer with a pH of 5.000 is sitting on a benchtop. The total molarity of acid and conjugate base in this buffer is 0.100 M. A student adds 5.10mL of a 0.360M HCl solution to the beaker. How much will the pH change? The pKa of acetic acid is 4.760.

Here is the question, the solution would be greatly appreciated :D

Update 2:

Update: I've worked out that problem many times but I can't seem to get it. It would help if someone showed me all the steps for this specific problem :)
