Is the new iPhone 6 supposed to have SWIPE texting? I didn't see it mentioned on the Apple website.?

    Yes but its not just not that big of a thing to advertise. Heck I speak my texts all the time anymore.

    Yes it is going to have that (more specifically a feature of iOS 8) & that is going to come once iOS 8 is launched on the 17th.

    iOS 8 will allow for 3rd party keyboards, so yes, you could buy Swype from the app store very soon :)
