How come you are getting prosecuted for having nude celebrity pics on your hard drive but not when you're spreading nude pics of the...?

girl next door who doesn't know about you taking pics?

    Short answer: $

    Long answer: Celebrities have money to throw around. So, if one were to have pictures that said celeb didn't want out in public, they can afford to drag one through the court system. Whereas, the girl next door won't be able to do much with limited finances.

    I'm not. I have a simple way of avoiding that. I don't download porn.
