Which of these two is superior in its ethical teaching: The New Testament or the Quran? Why? What textual evidence?

    Obviously the New Testament. For example, there is no "golden rule" in Islam.

    The New Testament, without doubt,

    because of such things as Jesus' Sermon On The Mount (Matt.5 and following) and I can find no equivalent in the Quran

    So much of the written Quran's moral teachings are as primitive as those much of the written Torah( urging of mass murder, mutilation, polygamy ,etc)

    The written Torah- 1st 5 books of the OT of Bible- was composed by 500 BC but the Quran, which is claimed to be fulfillment of Torah and Gospel, comes from over 600years after Christ gave his teachings, yet so much of the Quran is as primitive as -and even as barbaric as-much of the written Torah
