That is true. The Dodgers beat the Giants 17-0 on Saturday and came back
on Sunday to beat the Giants 4-2.

Unfortunately they did. But the Giants did beat the Dodgers 9-0 yesterday. The loss snapped their 4 game win streak, which means that we lost last time with the same pitcher: Tim Hudson. He hasn't been how he was earlier in the season and the Dodgers aren't exactly a team you can use as a means to get back to your old self as a pitcher. And that surely showed after he lasted only 1 inning. I may be a Giants fan, but that doesn't mean I don't respect the Dodgers. I know that if our pitchers make mistakes, the Dodgers won't let their foot off the gas and take it easy, and that really showed tonight. After Hudson and Lincicum it was basically a "stop the bleeding" situation for the pitching staff of the Giants and they just couldn't get outs without giving up runs in mean time, Bruce Bochy even resorted to his own son's major league debut when it was 15-0 and the kid gave a 2-run HR in only 1 and 1/3 innings. But the last two pitchers finally managed to get some outs, but obviously when Greinke has a double and a HR, all is pretty much lost regardless of how early or late it is in the game.
I think the Giants need to bounce back against Kershaw, but of course its Kershaw so that is probably going to be hard to do. The starter for the Giants is Petite who has had some good games and he has definitely had some bad games as well so its kind of a Russian Roulette deal with him. I wouldn't be surprised if the Dodgers continue their momentum into tomorrow's day game, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if Pence or Posey or any one of the leaders on the Giants show up to save what little dignity they have left after tonight's game. I'm thinking its going to stay a lot more low scoring than the Friday's game and tonight's game, but I could really see it going either way. Kershaw has absolutely shown up the Giants at AT&T Park but this late in the season he may or may not have what it takes.

It was Dodgers 11 Giants 0 after four innings. It just goes to show once and for all, the Dodgers are better then the Giants, no more rivalry, the Dodgers are 17 times better then the Giants end of argument.
