GENUINE free stock photo site needed. NOT one I have to sign up with, or actually charges a fee....but advertises it's free.?

Be sure to review the usage terms for such sites, there are usually some restrictions, or citation requirements, the most common issue, you generally can't repackage collections of these images for sale.
