Why does Yahoo! post so many stories about the Kardashian/Jenner family?

You have to look at the source of these stories. Many come from E! which also has an agreement to provide Yahoo with Entertainment news. Many of the most popular blogs are actually advertising sites or are all owned by the same entertainment companies. There few popular independent blogs. Many of them pay for feeds and stories from the larger sources. E! is also owned by NBC Universal, which also owns a number of other online media outlets. So yes, the Kardashian news is force fed to you. Notice how their television ratings are still low despite all of this coverage.

This was censored: The US hasn't explained very well why Venezuela is more of a threat than say France! Either politically or militarily. I have to think the US has a reason. But what? People think because someone IS on a news feed they are worth the time to follow; and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy at that point in time.

Only in America in this decade can someone get famous and develop a following with the total sum contributions of a reality tv show, a series of porn videos and a marriage to a rapper.

They are posting so many things about them because they know many many people like them, adore them and talk about them via facebook or twitter. They know people will click on the article, will read every word, and then will tell it to everyone they know in both their personal lives and 'social online' lives. In other words, they know they will get endless views about it and that it will be talked about for days, if not weeks. They make money off of every view they get on the post/article, so that's why they are posting about them so much. It's all about money.

Are they paid by the publicists? Is there a plastic surgery fanatic in charge? Can't they find a real journalist who knows the difference between news and advertising?

so to stop the Kardashian bull **** you need to shut down all entertainment feeds.
