Hotspot Shield destroyed my computer?
So, I installed HSS a few days ago and everything was working properly till I uninstalled it. My web browsers are not working properly, after I remove the proxy in LAN settings, it still doesn't work. I'm getting very mad and hopefully I can meet the man who made HSS and beat him to death (I'm very serious, lol) the only other things that work is skype, and probably steam.

I dont understand what you mean by destroy, hotspot shield works totally fine on my computer, nothing gone wrong if there is anything wrong i would just uninstalled it. And also if you mean destroyed by making your browser lag or so when you would load a page or play a game with hotspot shield on.
It means that hotspot shield is working all you have to do is disable during startup so when you start your pc it would be off.

Open an elevated command prompt, type the following commands, and restart the computer.
netsh int ip reset > NUL
netsh winsock reset
