iPod still has old icoud on it?!?!?

I recently purchased a used ipod online and it still has the old persons icloud account on there and says i have to sign in with it. Apparently, the find my iphone feature is still on it, and theres no way i can turn it off. Is there a way i can reset it so i can override this and actually put my icloud on it??

    I dont think there is much you can do. My advice would be to simply return it :/

    You will have to locate the person who sold this to you.
