I've been to the Invisible University recently; everything by Terry Pratchett is good. And his allusions to historical Britain made me read Shakespeare's Macbeth again; it was just a coincidence that it was the time when the Scottish popular vote to leave the UK failed. I also recently revisited Gaius Julius Caesar's "de bello gallico" and some scripts of Cicero, but the translated versions, I must admit; my Latin has become somewhat rusty through the years.
