Good workout schedule ?
So I lost about 90 pounds total in my workout so far. I have been doing it since January of 2012. I'm about 160 right now. I'm nice and thin and somewhat tight. But I still have that little layer of fat. Only I know it's there. So I was thinking of doin:
Mon/wedns/fri---500 calorie treadmill run + weight lifting
Tues/thurs/sat--500 calorie run

As long as you keep losing more than you gain (calorie terms) you'll be fine. However, it gets harder and harder to lose. I walk around at 185 and dropped all the way to 160 for wrestling and still had pudge. Genetics at its finest.
