Help with finding a nice joystick? - Half Poll?

I'm quite young but I love flying, I love the sights from 10,000+ Ft and the feeling. Right now, I'm trying to find a very realistic flight simulator but I don't know what. This includes a very nice and decent flight joystick.

And I'm thinking you guys decide which joystick I'll buy.

If possible, please find one that is a commercial joystick (2 handles), a throttle controller (one that can be separated into 2 parts for independent controller of 2 engines) and a board that just looks like a top of the cockpit (where the pilots control the landing lights, nav lights, or just a joystick with configurable buttons)

I took off from KJFK to KSFO, flight attitude is 22,000ft, with flight speed of 475kts, and descended 150 miles away and landed with a g-force of 2.45.

IF I was that pilot, and you were a professional pilot whose a passenger, how would you rate the entire flight? (Please point out flaws)
