How much would it out to change the stop sign in my neighborhood to a yield sign?

I live in a quiet neighborhood as for traffic. There is no through traffic. It a small housing ares about 40 houses divided off from the main part of town because of the park and fair ground and river. But anyhow there's a T that has stop signs. Most every one rolls them unless there is another vehicle thenof course you stop and take turns. But it would just be nice if the signs were yield signs so there was aalways the rolling the stop sign thing going on.

Sorry but if there are two streets that intersect, there should be a stop sign somewhere.
