Why can't I rate answers or comment on answers? I am level 7 and have been doing this for years.?

You can,but perhaps it is a glitch.The user may have you blocked,try exiting the browser and reenter and if it let you comment than it was a glitch.Curious to know why i got 2 thumbs down?but anyway try and exit the browser and reenter as yahoo has tons of glitches.If after doing that and it doesn't let you than the user may have you blocked,it is one or the other.
