How do I get rid of a white blank box on email page?

Same problrm here: cannot see top seven emails in my inbox, top part of the screen is obscured by a white box covering the top part of any email and preventing access to the toolbars. Blank box contains hyperlinks to other yahoo pages on the lower left side and the move to / trash folders behind it are not accessible. I have tried resolving what appeared to be a browser issue by clearing cache and cookies [losing all saved usernames and passwords] in both Opera and IE as this was recommended on another thread but to no avail. Still encountering the same problem after over 1 week accessing yahoo mail with a Mac from a different IP address.

I've had the same problem for two days, white box covering part of my emails and cannot access toolbars.

I seemed to correct my issue with the white box sitting over my yahoo emails & could not access my mail.

I did a clear up scan with Software repair wizard or with CCleaner. didn't work immediately but it was cleared the next day. Hope this works for you.

I have the same problem, I cant read my emails in firefox.... it has only appeared in the last couple of days and is not present in Chrome as a browser... how do I get rid of it Dave T

You don't. That is the reading pane, or the envelope graphic you are seeing. It is part of the Yahoo Mail format.

I also have this problem. I cannot access many of the yahoo toolbars.

Same problem for me too. Tried lots of things but nothing is removing it. Yahoo please fix!
