Don't you think that a real metaphysical creator would provide independently verifiable evidence of it's existence for us?

Of course. This is called the problem of non-belief. If God wants to have a personal relationship with atheists, and will go so far as to send people to Hell for not doing so, then why does he not do the minimum prerequisite to make such a relationship possible? Why does he not allow atheists to believe he exists?

Despite the widespread popularity of the theory of evolution, many intelligent people, including scientists, are convinced that there is an intelligent Creator.

Most people will readily agree with the apostle Paul’s statement: “Every house is constructed by someone.” (Hebrews 3:4)

Paul continues with the logical conclusion: “He that constructed all things is God.”

It simply does not make sense to acknowledge that a house needs a designer and builder and at the same time claim that a complicated cell accidentally sprang into existence!

The evidence is the complexity of our planet. The thousands upon thousands of creatures that each have a purpose and different characteristics. Our own bodies have the hallmark of a Supreme Creator. Our body itself in how all of it's components work in perfect harmony is a witness to a Creator, Designer, a living God.

God doesn't need to prove Himself to any one. We need to prove our faith in Him.

Besides there is loads of evidence for Jesus Christs life, death and resurrection. Written evidence in the form of archeology, history and scientific, that backs up the scriptures of the Bible. There is also the empty tomb which can be visited today. Peoples testimonies of what God has done in their lives. And much more.

If you really want to know what God is like, you only need to look to Jesus, as He is the perfect representation of God here to us. You can see Jesus all through the Bible even right from the very beginning.

Do you really think the LORD God Almighty has to conform in any way shape or form to Your criteria? He is sustaining the universe as we speak. He has given you local churches and the Bible. What more do you want, blood? He has given us that as well in the death of His Son Jesus.
