If you go to one of the large airgun shows, either Roanoke VA(in the Fall) or Little Rock AR(in the Spring). There will be a few custom built "big bore" PreCharged Pneumatic(PCP) shotguns.

The Farco, Fire 201 and Shark were all around in the early 2000's, but it seems like they all disappeared after just a couple years. The concept(air shotgun) is just not an efficient/effective one.

The Gamo Viper(and Shadow) Express were a recent attempt to make a .22 caliber, spring piston air shotgun. Again, the effort proved ineffective, and unpopular.

i never herd a shot gun with co2 or any other gun and I hunt 70 years and I own a lot of guns they do have ear guns that are 1000 feet per second and more ,but all shoot a pellet and not a shots ,they are in the market to day, you have to spend a 900.00 dollars or more for one. they are grate for bards and some small animals only. in n j you must have id to porches one

I worked for years with HP steam, air and water systems. To build a shotgun like that would require it to be built to certain standards....which would nake the gun itself, impractical.....sorry Charlie....no HP shotgun for you. ( just look at how portable this one is )
