If your budget is $33,000 then you can buy a new car. However, the cars you listed will get the job done, and if you like them that's all it takes. I would say go with the Toyota 4runner. The reason being is because Toyota is one of the best cars when it comes to longevity and reliabilty. I forget the statistic but it was for sure over 90% of Toyota's bought in the past 10 years are still on the road. Plus I know this because I'm a mechanic. I would pick the 4runner over the rav4 only because some of the older rav4's have the trunk open on the side, and there 4 cylinders. American cars don't last as long as imports. If it were up to me I'd go with 4runner.

An eighteen year old girl that has a car and has been driving for six months HAS THIRTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO BUY A CAR? An eighteen year old girl that is probably a high school graduate CANNOT COMPOSE IN CORRECT ENGLISH? What is "moms suv?" The word "moms" means more than one "mom" and is incorrect. There is no such thing as a "suv" in English. The acronym for Sports Utility Vehicle is "SUV" as all acronyms are capitalized. Proper names of car companies are to be capitalized. Toyota, Ford, BMW. The entire statement has some form of a grammar error in each part. And you have THIRTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A CAR? Only in America. Only in America.

Toyota RAV4. Economical, spacious and reliable.

Rather than Suv, try a Wagon like from Volvo or Subaru. Same AWD, same room, car like handling.
