Can someone recommend a really durable bathroom sink faucet - not the cheap plastic on plastic stuff on sale at the DIY stores?

Update:

I'm renovating a small but heavily used bathroom and need to get a new vanity and faucet. The stuff I see in Lowe's and Home Depot feel pretty cheap - plastic on plastic. We put a new MOEN shower handle in the shower about 2 years ago and have to tighten/adjust it almost quarterly. I'm looking for something really durable that will shut off tightly and not require constant adjustments and washer changes. My family members are hard on plumbing.

    Pfister makes a quality faucet. they have them at Home Depot.
