What should I get my girlfriend for Christmas???

So this will be our second Christmas together and we have been together for 20 months...I have gotten her everything I could get in the past: Jewelry, Giant Teddy Bear, 52 things I love about you, picture frames, Michael Kors Wallet and Crossbody bag etc etc. Her birthday is the 18th of December and christmas is the 25th. It's a little over a month away but it will get here quick..any suggestions guys???
