Can I buy the same Steam game twice?
I have bought Killing Floor a couple of months ago because it was on sales, but I recently saw a website where there was Killing Floor at the same price I paid for but with a bunch of DLCs (KF Bundle). If I buy the Bundle, can I just install the DLCs and get an extra copy of the gamethat can be sent to a friend of mine?

They only give extra copies of a game you already own when you buy a bundle containing it, when it's a one from a very small list. Those are Half Life 2, HL2 Ep1, Left 4 Dead and there was a strategy game too, forgot the name. Killing Floor is not on the list, you will not get an extra copy.

the dlc will be installed but you wont get an extra copy of the game
