Guinea pig hutch!?

I found a gorgeous hutch for my Guinea pig, only problem is that two of the levels are just wood. Unfortunately my little piggy will wee anywhere and I'm worried about it ruining the wood. Is there any treatment I could get for the wood to make it a easy clean and to stop the wood from rotting? Any suggestions will be appreciated... I have tried litter training her but she couldn't get the hang of it, so unfortunately that's out the question really, but if anyone has any helpful tips of other ways for litter training that would be appreciated also!

Thanks guys!

It is only the rare guinea pigs that litter train. Check on any guinea pig forum and you will find that it is rare for piggies to train. Some just happen to naturally pick one spot to potty. If yours is not one of those, then there really isn't much you can do.

You can use coroplast (like what is used in C&C cages) for those levels. Or you could get some self-stick vinyl tiles and put those down on the wood floors.
