Why its so that very few answers I get for my questions?

Create a net work by following some people who are active in the categories you mostly like to ask questions about or want to answer, then your question will also bring back lot many answers.

Because your questions tend to be questions of why people do things, and we don't know.

Does your ex-girlfriend want you back? How are we suppose to know that?

Why not ppl properly re-word their question so one has not to go through reading the lengthy narrations? Again, how would we know the answer? Frankly if I see a rambling question I don't worry or ask about it, I move on.

Most users are in the USA - if they see a question with bad grammar (and yours is very bad) they are very likely to ignore the question because it is obviously from another country.

thanks for response and advice but one more question why I cannot see the option of choosing the best answer in this category?
