I have an old Dodge pickup with wheels that are rusted onto the drums. I have easily removed the lug nuts, but, no luck on the wheel?
I used WD40, also the new Rust Remover WD40. I have beaten on the rim and the tire for hours. I left the lug nuts 1/4 turn loose and driven over 1000 miles, checking the lug nuts at every stop. Today I heated the rim around the center hub with a propane torch. Still no luck. I have even beaten on it with a cold chisel. Next is cutting the rim with a die grinder. Any suggestions are welcome.

I have done this successfully quite a few times. Put all the nuts back on hand tight, then loosen them one turn. Drive about a hundred feet doing hard zig-zags. This will use a couple thousand pounds of car weight to bust the wheels loose. Make sure you use a little grease on the hubs when you reinstall the wheels.

You could try using a small jack by placing it behind the wheel and fra me of truck and Jack up the jack aginst the wheel.
