Where can I find high quality NOT SEE THROUGH unitards/dance costumes?

I am trying to make this costume

I need some sort of unitard or dance costume that will work as the base. I am having a hard time finding anything where the top half is the right shape, they all have straps. I've even tried searching "Halter neck" and it keeps bringing up things that are NOT halter neck.

Even though most of it will be covered by other costume parts, I would prefer it if the  unitard were not see through. Help please
