What to make for my girlfriends birthday?
She is turning 18 and I am going to trick her by taking her to the "restaurant" and realizing I "forgot" my wallet at home and then taking her back to my house for a candle lite, some rose pedals kinda deal thing. I just do not know what to make?? We re drinking wine too so anything to go with it??

Don't mess it up by trying to do something too complicated. What about a perfect roast chicken and wild rice stuffing? Any body can do a nice standing rib if you've got the money. Pan seared filet mignon. Poached salmon filets. There are a million things that are easy to do and very impressive. Buy store bought croissants and a nice dessert. And it's rose peTals, just so you know.
