Unfortunately it's too late.. And can't turn back time.. ;-( Im 37 and in need of dental implants or dentures. Probably full top..

    I don't think dentists recommend having implants in the upper jaw because of the position of nerves running down the jaw and damage to those nerves would cause problems. Full top dentures should not be a problem.
