can i connect my battery charger with the battery connected to the car?

I think i can but i want to be sure. Also what volts and amp should it be set on? i want a quick charge just so i can start it (2003 toyota camary)

    Depends on how old the charger is. Newer chargers limit charging voltage to 15-volts. Older units will go up to 17 and that's enough to blow your computers when you set on fast charge.

    Slow and long is best for the battery. What amp settings does it have? Or were we supposed to guess that part?
