Zero, the biggest 'get in the way' for the Parents TV-Council is science, watching violence doesn't make you violent, it's actually a non-factor, not having the upbringing, the education by your parents makes someone violent.
Kids get violent for the same reasons adults do, they get frustrated and choose to deal with that in a destructive way, often that's mimicking an example, or because there was a lack of example on how to constructively deal with frustrations.

That'll never happened. These wanna-be dictators need to learn to shut the hell up. They have no right to force everyone into submission just because they gave birth or majored in a useless fake subject such as sociology. Nobody cares about what they have to say. In fact there will be more freedom of speech and entertainment as the internet evolves and more options become available. They have already lost the war. They're just stalling with pathetic mini battles. They're just as insane as the religious idiots out there who also try to censor. Only they pretend to be reasonable and relatable. Hiding behind concerned mom or parent or behind self proclaimed intellectual while just running on mindless emotion and psychotic mob mentality. No science to back their views. Entertainment doesn't make you violent. Science has already debunked all of their claims.
