Why doesn't Yahoo! Answers remove profiles of people who post sexually explicit comments?

I'm not talking about someone posting a comment in the "Men's Health" section where the topic might be sex. I'm talking about blatant attacks on other members in which sexually explicit comments are consistently being used.

I have been attacked by the same person for 5 years now. In the past, I could e-mail someone from Yahoo! Answers and they would remove the person's profile. Now I get no response.

Yes, I can report each individual answer, but that's not my point. After how many sexually explicit attacks should this person's profile be removed? Since this latest profile went live, it's been hundreds of attacks against me.

Any insight into what I can do would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

See the link in the post below.

Update 2:

My link was removed. It's important to my point. Please check out fahQ's comment, but please don't report it. I want someone to see this: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140...

Update 3:

Dang. That's not the right link. Someone already reported his comment. :\

It's been my experience that they do remove them when they know about it. That said, if you haven't tried this method yet or haven't tried it lately, here's what you can do:

Copy and paste a few of this user's worst violation URLs onto an email and along with a description of the problem, send it to the address below:

    y_answrs_team@yahoo.com.

(missing 'e' in "answers" is not a typo).

You may or may not get an answer from them, sometimes they just take care of it without telling you. In any case, if you don't hear back in a week or so, be persistent and email them again. In the meantime, use the blocking feature where appropriate.

A caveat here though, make sure your own account is free of major violations as Yahoo might examine it, as well. Good luck.

Are you using the correct reporting option? Use the 2nd option - TOS - and write "hate speech" or "personal harassment" in the text box. Staff don't see any reports from the 1st option, unless there is an appeal, but there is evidence that reporting using the 2nd option may be reviewed at some point. The problem, of course, is that even if staff remove the one profile, the person will simply make another one. That's how trolls work. And you can - and should - email staff again with a link to the profile and a brief explanation. They may not answer right away, but they may still take action. Just don't expect immediate response, as they are severely backed up and it usually takes a week or more to get any reaction, if you get one at all.

because people who work for yahoo DON'T patrol this website and they can't remove stuff they don't know about....the fact is this is a USER MODERATED site where almost nobody bothers to report them or email the profile to YAT which WOULD remove it once notified about it.
